An illustrated week: Monday

* Hola, hola, queridos amigos! Siento haber desaparecido, he estado algo ocupada con una operacioncilla (nada serio ;). Ahora que he vuelto, os presento un pequeño proyecto personal que he estado preparando... Se llama "Una semana ilustrada" y como su nombre indica, se trata de una ilustración al día durante esta semana (sí, domingo incluído!)! La inspiración?? Adivinar... ;) Espero que os guste y no os perdáis la de mañana martes!!

* Hello, hello, dear friends! I´m sorry I´ve been missing lately; I´ve been quite busy with an operation (anything serious ;). Now that I´m back, I present you a little personal project I´ve been working on... It´s called "An illustrated Week"; that means, I´ll post an illustration every day this week (yes, Sunday included!). The inspiration?? Guess... ;) I hope you like it and don´t miss tomorrow´s illustration!!

Indian Sketch_2

* Hoy publico de nuevo sobre indios. Después de algo de documentación (por suerte tengo mi fantástica Enciclopedia sobre norte América nativa. Un chollo que encontré en el Museo Británico; haré un post sobre ella en otra ocasión), creé este estampado que por cierto, no me importaría tener en una bolsa, camiseta o algo así. Ahí lo dejo! Felíz sábado! :)

* Today I post one more time about indians. After some documentation (fortunatelly I have my fabulous "Native North America Encyclopaedia". A bargain I found at the British Museum, I´ll post about it another time), I created this pattern, which I won´t mind having on a bag, T-Shirt or something like that. Just saying! Happy Saturday! :)

TOCA ME ´13

* Este sábado tuve la oportunidad de asistir a TOCA ME 2013 Munich; un evento internacional de diseño con algunos de los diseñadores con más talento en la actualidad. Y qué puedo decir... Ha sido simplemente ALUCINANTE e INSPIRADOR! El lugar, las conferencias, la gente, palabras, vídeos, imágenes, risas... Incluso el baño era toda una inspiración! Soy muy feliz de haber estado allí y agradecida a mi amiga Melanie Kraus que lo hizo posible. Sin duda volveré el año que viene! ;)

* This Saturday I had the opportunity to assist to TOCA ME 2013 Munich; an international event about design with some of the most talented designers nowadays. And what can I say... It was just AMAZING and INSPIRING. The place, the conferences, the people, words, videos, images, laughs... Even the toilet was an inspiration! I´m really happy to have been one of the participants and thankful to my friend Melanie Kraus who made it possible. No doubts I´m coming next year again! ;)
